Q: How long would it take you to finish a commission?A: It depends on the desired content of the commission. But it goes from approximately two days to two and a half weeks.

Q: What are your work phases?A: Talk, sketch, lineart and coloring.In the first phase we talk about everything the client wants, the idea, color palette, the pose if they want something extra like a background with x object or color and if they have a reference the better.In the sketch phase you can make all the changes you want. Even redo the drawing if you want but it is important that you make the changes you want so it will be faster the shipping process.Once the sketch is confirmed, we will move on to the next lineart phase, where you will only have up to two changes to make and once this phase is confirmed we will move on to the last phase which is coloring.In this phase there are no changes at least for an extra cost, already sent the color palettes and all that is desired from the client I finish the commission and already send it to the corresponding Gmail.

T茅rminos y Condiciones de Comisiones DigitalesGeneralidades
Al solicitar una comisi贸n digital, el cliente acepta estos t茅rminos y condiciones. Cualquier incumplimiento podr铆a resultar en la cancelaci贸n de la comisi贸n sin derecho a reembolso.
Proceso y Pagos
Todas las comisiones requieren un pago parcial o total por adelantado, seg煤n lo acordado con la ilustradora.
Los pagos se realizan a trav茅s de los m茅todos especificados por la ilustradora.
No se iniciar谩 el trabajo hasta que se confirme el pago acordado.
Reembolsos y Cancelaciones
Se permitir谩n reembolsos solo si la ilustradora no ha comenzado el trabajo.
Si el cliente decide cancelar la comisi贸n despu茅s de haber comenzado el trabajo, se reembolsar谩 solo una parte proporcional seg煤n el avance realizado.
No se realizar谩n reembolsos completos una vez que la ilustraci贸n est茅 terminada.
Si el cliente incurre en comportamiento abusivo (insultos, amenazas, llamadas no solicitadas), la comisi贸n ser谩 cancelada sin derecho a reembolso.
Promociones y Vigencia
Las promociones duran por predeterminado un mes, en caso de que luego de un mes el cliente no pida sus dibujos gratuitos, no tendr谩 derecho a pedirlos pasado ese tiempo. Sin excepciones.
Derechos de Uso
La ilustradora conserva los derechos de autor de todas las ilustraciones realizadas.
Las ilustraciones son para uso personal del cliente, salvo acuerdo previo para uso comercial.
No se permite la modificaci贸n, reproducci贸n o redistribuci贸n de la ilustraci贸n sin el debido consentimiento de la ilustradora.
Se podr铆a solicitar un acuerdo de licencia para uso comercial con un costo adicional.
Proceso de Revisi贸n
Se incluir谩n solo 5 cambios y con derecho a pedir un boceto limpio.
No se aceptan m谩s cambios a partir de los 5 cambios. Tendr谩n un costo de 10 USD.
Cada cambio a partir del entintado tendr谩 un costo adicional de 15 USD por cambio.
No se realizar谩n cambios despu茅s de la entrega final sin un pago adicional.
Plazos de Entrega
Los tiempos de entrega ser谩n acordados antes de iniciar la comisi贸n.
Pero el plazo de entrega predestinado es de dos semanas y media (para comisiones peque帽as).
La ilustradora se reserva el derecho de ajustar los plazos en caso de circunstancias imprevistas, informando al cliente oportunamente.
Contacto y Comunicaci贸n
La comunicaci贸n debe mantenerse dentro de los canales acordados.
En caso de que se corte la comunicaci贸n o el cliente deje de responder a los mensajes de la ilustradora, la comisi贸n se cancela y no hay reembolso. El plazo m谩ximo de respuesta es de dos semanas.
Se espera respeto mutuo en la comunicaci贸n. Cualquier comportamiento irrespetuoso resultar谩 en la cancelaci贸n de la comisi贸n sin reembolso.
Aceptaci贸n de los T茅rminos
Al solicitar una comisi贸n, el cliente acepta estos t茅rminos y condiciones en su totalidad. La ilustradora se reserva el derecho de actualizar estos t茅rminos en cualquier momento, notificando a los clientes cuando sea necesario.Digital Commission Terms and ConditionsGeneral
By requesting a digital commission, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any breach may result in the cancellation of the commission without a refund.
Process and Payments
All commissions require a partial or full payment in advance, as agreed with the illustrator.
Payments are made through the methods specified by the illustrator.
Work will not begin until the agreed payment is confirmed.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will only be allowed if the illustrator has not started the work.
If the client decides to cancel the commission after work has started, a partial refund will be made based on the progress made.
No full refunds will be given once the illustration is finished.
If the client engages in abusive behavior (insults, threats, unsolicited calls), the commission will be canceled without a refund.
Promotions and Validity
Promotions last for one month by default. If the client does not request their free drawings within a month, they will not be entitled to request them afterward. No exceptions.
Usage Rights
The illustrator retains copyright of all illustrations created.
Illustrations are for the client's personal use, unless previously agreed upon for commercial use.
Modifying, reproducing, or redistributing the illustration without the illustrator's consent is not allowed.
A licensing agreement for commercial use may be requested for an additional cost.
Revision Process
Only 5 changes are included, with the right to request a clean sketch.
No more changes will be accepted beyond the 5 allowed. These will incur a fee of 10 USD.
Any changes after inking will cost an additional 15 USD per change.
No changes will be made after the final delivery without an additional payment.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times will be agreed upon before starting the commission.
However, the standard delivery time is two and a half weeks (for small commissions).
The illustrator reserves the right to adjust delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances, notifying the client accordingly.
Contact and Communication
Communication should remain within the agreed channels.
If communication is cut off or the client stops responding to the illustrator鈥檚 messages, the commission will be canceled with no refund. The maximum response time is two weeks.
Mutual respect is expected in communication. Any disrespectful behavior will result in the cancellation of the commission without a refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a commission, the client accepts these terms and conditions in full. The illustrator reserves the right to update these terms at any time, notifying clients when necessary.
